ORGANIZING & YOUTH SECTION

Introduction

This section was established in 2016 after realizing that most of the employees are young workers who are the driving force for the national economy. The section primary objectives are to coordinate and promote open youth-to-youth communication, enhance leadership development among young workers and empowering youth to conduct organizing campaigns in their workplaces.

Section Activities

1.Providing trade union education.

2. Publisizing union activities in various media.

3. Coordinating union youth-related progrrammes.

4. Organizing & Recruiting workers to become TUICO members.

Section Motto is “ORGANISE OR STARVE”
